Our manufacturing plant has the rotogravure printing machine which can take upto 8 different colours. The process is done at a high speed of around 200 metres/minute. After the printing, slitting is done as per the required size.
Lamination is the essence of Sky Flexi Pack. Industry standards conform the usage of only laminated pouches and rolls for food products. As per the customer requirements, we use different materials ( Poly, BOPP, Foil) on the printed rolls. Our machinery allows us to make rolls and pouches from a combination of these materials too.
